Shipping & Delivery to the US

Do you ship to the US?

Yes — we ship worldwide from our studio in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Every order is carefully packed by hand before it leaves the studio.

How much does shipping to the US cost?
Shipping to the US is weight-based — it starts at €40 for a single piece and goes up from there for larger orders. We know international shipping isn't cheap, which is why orders over €699 ship free. You'll always see the exact cost before you commit to anything.

How long does delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

We want to be straightforward with you: due to current US tariffs on European goods, your order may be subject to import duties when it arrives. Our pieces are classified as ceramic tableware under HS code 6912.00. These charges are collected by US customs — not by us — and are the buyer's responsibility. We can't control trade policy, but we can make sure you're never caught off guard by it.

The Pieces

Are the pieces really dishwasher safe?

Yes, all Grace of Glaze porcelain is dishwasher safe. These are made to be used, not displayed.

Are the pieces food safe?

Yes, all glazes are food safe and non-toxic. Every piece is made with materials tested and approved for use with food and drink.

Are the colors exactly as shown?

We photograph our pieces in natural light to show the colors as accurately as possible. Because each piece is handmade and hand-glazed, there will always be slight variations. This is what makes each piece one of a kind, not a flaw.

Custom Orders

Can I order custom colors or pieces?

Yes , custom orders are a core part of what we do. You can choose colors, combinations, and quantities. Custom orders ship worldwide including to the US. Get in touch with Simone via info@graceofglaze.com to start the conversation.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 4 weeks from confirmation to shipping, depending on the size of the order and current studio capacity. We'll give you a clear timeline when we discuss your order.

Returns & Care

What if my order arrives damaged?

Every order is packed with care, but if something arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours at info@graceofglaze.com. We'll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

We stand behind our work. If a ready-made piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery, no explanation needed. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and send us your tracking ID when you ship it back.

Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll confirm by email whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed as fast as we can, and your bank or payment provider handles the final timing.

Return shipping is at your cost, and we'd strongly recommend insuring the package for at least the value of the item. Please pack it carefully as we can't take responsibility for damage on the way back. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Custom orders are a different story. Since every piece is made specifically for you, these can't be returned.
