Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at Grace of Glaze. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

2.1 Receiving a damaged item

We do our best to minimize the risk of damages during the transport of our ceramics to your home. In the unlucky case that you still receive a damaged item, we kindly request you to inform within three calendar days by sending an e-mail to info@graceofglaze. This allows us to find a solution with our insurer and helps to make sure that we replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

 

2.2 Returns and refunds

If you’re not happy with a purchased item, it is possible to return this item within 14 calendar days of the purchase. Please inform us within 7 days after purchase if you want to make a return, and provide us with the tracking-ID of you return shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be send to us in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and your account will automatically be credited. Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible, but the duration depends on the financial service provider(s).

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. You should also make sure that the item is appropriately packed and protected from damages during transport. We advise to insure your shipping covering at the minimum the commercial value.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
