Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Grace of Glaze collects and uses your personal data when you shop with us or sign up for our newsletter.

What we collect When you place an order, we collect your name, order and shipping address, phone number, email address, any notes you add, and technical data such as IP address, browser, and device. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, city, and country.
Why we collect it To process and ship your order, to respond to questions, and, if you've subscribed, to send our newsletter. We only collect what we need for these purposes.
We also use activity like items left in your cart or links you click in our newsletter to send relevant follow up emails, such as a reminder about an abandoned cart, or content related to something you clicked on.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, who hosts our store and processes personal data on our behalf to provide and run it.
- Our payment provider, Mollie, to process payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order, this includes sharing your name and address, and for international orders, customs authorities as required for clearing your shipment.
- Klaviyo, our email platform, to send order updates and the newsletter, if you've subscribed.
- ManyChat, to run automated replies when you message us on Instagram.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the shop and reach you as described above.
Cookies Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it, and includes the Meta pixel and Pinterest pixel to measure how our social content and ads perform.
International transfers Because we ship worldwide and use service providers like Shopify, your personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children's data Our Services aren't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it We keep order information as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, generally 7 years under Dutch tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights You can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. You can also opt out of behavior based emails, such as cart reminders, at any time by contacting us, without unsubscribing from the newsletter entirely. To make a request, contact info@graceofglaze.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security We protect your data using commercially reasonable measures against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
