Terms of service
1. Who we are Grace of Glaze is a porcelain tableware studio run by Simone Doesburg, based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. CoC 72737778, VAT NL002280297B78.
2. Orders and agreement An order is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout and include or exclude VAT as stated on the product page.
3. Pricing Prices may change without notice for future orders, but never affect an order already confirmed and paid for.
4. Payment Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, processed through our payment provider, Mollie.
5. Delivery We aim to ship ready made orders within a stated processing time, shown at checkout. Custom orders typically take 4 weeks from confirmation to shipping, depending on order size and studio capacity. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
6. Returns and the right of withdrawal Ready made pieces can be returned as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Custom pieces, made to your specifications, are excluded from returns, this is standard under EU consumer law for goods made to a buyer's specifications.
7. Retention of title Ordered goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
8. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not liable for indirect loss, including loss of use or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Force majeure We're not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, customs delays, or supplier failures.
10. Complaints Please contact us at info@graceofglaze.com as soon as a problem arises, we'll always try to find a fair solution directly before anything else.
11. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Language These terms are published in English only. There is no separate Dutch version, and the English text is the sole governing version.
13. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
